Billing questions
How am I billed?
Paid plans are billed by card, monthly (or yearly where a yearly price is shown). You choose a plan when you sign up and can change it from the dashboard.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There’s no contract: cancel from the dashboard whenever you like.
What happens if I hit a limit?
Projects pause rather than get deleted. Nothing is removed: upgrade, or wait for the next month’s allowance, and they come back.
How fast do upgrades apply?
Upgrades apply within minutes of payment.
What does “your own server” include?
Own-server plans include the server itself: it is provisioned for you, runs only your projects, and its price is part of the plan. There is no separate hosting bill.
Can I move from shared hosting to my own server later?
Yes. Start on Free or Hobby and move projects to your own server when you need more room or want your data on a dedicated machine.
Is a Da8a backend included?
You can add a Da8a backend to any site from its Storage tab. On an own-server plan it can run on the same server as your sites.
